Objectives
VESTA aims to enhance vocational education and training (VET) in the sales sector of SMEs by developing an AI-powered tool to analyse and predict training needs. The project addresses the mismatch between the skills required by the labour market and the training provided by current VET systems, especially in the context of digital transformation and internationalisation.


Project results
VESTA will achieve its objectives through the production of 4 main outcomes.
- Development and testing of the VESTA AI application by at least 60 sales professionals in four EU countries.
- Creation of open educational resources such as microlearning pills, tutorial videos, and interactive scenarios, available online for at least five years.
- International mobility of 15 VET and SME stakeholders (physical and virtual).
- Establishment of a multi-actor open network (MoU) for long-term collaboration and exploitation of the project results
