Objectives
The main objective of MAYFIN is to increase financial literacy of young students, aged between 15 to 18 years old that face social and economic difficulties.
Project results
MAYFIN will achieve its objectives through the production of 3 main outcomes.
- A initial state of the art on skills and impactful events (PR1) aiming to support to the adjusted development of PR2.
- an online game (PR2) with knowledge advanced content adapted to young peo-ple based on a scenarios scheme where each is designed about specific financ-es content, contains relevant information, decision-making activities and prac-tical exercises that allow the learner to apply the knowledge to his/her con-crete real life situations.
- PR3 will comprise a methodological guide to ensure that their teach-ing/training activities runs in accordance with the objectives of financial educa-tion and related skills while supporting the reinforcement of the European iden-tity thought the mutual understanding of European historical events that have impacted mindset and skills development.
