Objectives

4equality offers an innovative approach to empower young women pursuing careers in male- dominated fields like business and STEM. It aims to build their awareness of gender bias, strengthen their ability to understand and respond to discriminatory behaviours, and develop strategies to minimise the negative impact of these biases on their professional lives. Through tools for self- development and training for youth workers, the project equips young women to overcome internal and external barriers, fostering resilience and promoting equal treatment in the workplace.
