Objectives
4equality offers an innovative approach to empower young women pursuing careers in male- dominated fields like business and STEM. It aims to build their awareness of gender bias, strengthen their ability to understand and respond to discriminatory behaviours, and develop strategies to minimise the negative impact of these biases on their professional lives. Through tools for self- development and training for youth workers, the project equips young women to overcome internal and external barriers, fostering resilience and promoting equal treatment in the workplace.


Project results
4EQUALITY will achieve its objectives through the production of 3 main outcomes.
- R1: E-mentor for young women and support tools for youth workers supporting identification of individuals competitive edge with the look beyond the formal qualifications.
- R2: Tools for youth workers – How to support young women related to business and STEM in building their readiness to cope with bias and pro-actively react to discrimination.
- R3: E-training for young women for achieving their readiness to deal with gender bias, – tolls for awareness building in the area.
